This bridge carried County Road 500N over Mississinewa River in Grant County, Indiana.

Prior to its replacement, a hands-on inspection identified light rust and no cracks.  The bridge inventory rating was 33 tons.  Although the condition was fair, the roadway was narrow, which is likely the main motivation for replacement.
